    Grate three zucchini on a large grater (although I think it would be better on a fine one, but then everything needs to be grated finely, and I won't have the patience for that).

    We drain the excess liquid.

    Whisk 3 eggs separately (I had C1). Add them to the zucchini.

    Add 2-3 tablespoons of starch (in my case - corn), 6-7 tablespoons of wheat flour (sifted). After mixing, you can determine if more flour is needed. Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder. I thought about adding cheese, but I didn't want to make dinner heavier.
