Melt the margarine and let it cool. Add 150 grams of sugar, cottage cheese, and slaked soda. Gradually add the flour. Knead the dough.
- Margarine: 500 g
- Sugar: 200 g
- Cottage cheese: 400 g
- Slaked soda: 0.5 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 5 glass

Divide the dough into small pieces. Roll each piece into a ball. Place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.

Roll out a ball. Fold the flatbread in half and then in half again. A triangle is formed. Dip the top part of the cookie in sugar. Place it on the baking sheet.
