Beat eggs, sugar, and melted butter with a mixer.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Sugar: 125 g
- Butter: 100 g

Add baking soda, cottage cheese, vanillin, and flour to the obtained mass. Knead the dough. Divide into three parts, roll each into a 0.5 mm thick layer, cut into triangles, place any filling (fruits, jam, nuts, etc.) on the wide edge, and roll into a croissant.
- Slaked soda: 1 teaspoon
- Cottage cheese: 230 g
- Vanillin: 2 pieces
- Wheat flour: 500 g

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when serving.
