Cottage cheese casserole with pears and marshmallows is a delicate and airy dish where classic Russian cottage cheese takes on a new shade thanks to the sweet notes of marshmallows and the juiciness of pears. The casserole has a soft texture that melts in the mouth, with a light caramel aroma of baked fruits. Its roots go back to traditional Russian cuisine, where cottage cheese dishes have always held a special place. This casserole is perfect for a cozy family tea time or as a light dessert after dinner. The airy protein cap with powdered sugar gives it a festive look, while the combination of ingredients makes the taste harmonious and exquisite.
