Tea sausage is one of the symbols of Soviet cuisine, becoming a beloved dessert for many generations. Its simplicity and accessible ingredients made it popular among home cooks. This sweet roll made of cookies, cocoa, milk, butter, and sugar has a rich chocolate flavor with a pleasant crunchy texture. It resembles traditional sausage but instead of meat filling has a fragrant combination of sweetness and tenderness. Tea sausage is conveniently served with tea or coffee by slicing it into appetizing pieces like real sausage. It stores well in the fridge, becoming even tastier over time, and requires minimal effort to prepare. This cozy treat evokes nostalgic memories of childhood and family tea gatherings.
