Zucchini and orange jam is an original treat with an unexpected flavor combination. Originating from Russian cuisine, it surprises with its freshness and brightness. The delicate taste of zucchini harmoniously blends with the citrus tang of oranges, creating a rich, sunny aroma. Sugar adds a sweet fullness to the jam, making it an ideal complement to tea or baked goods. Historically, such jams were made to preserve fruits for winter, allowing enjoyment of their flavor in cold months. The jam can be used as a filling for pies, added to yogurts, or simply served with crispy toast. It reveals new facets of familiar ingredients and brings joy to everyone who tries it.
