Cheese buns with herbs

Cheese rolls with herbs are a true delight for pastry lovers. Their tender texture combines with the rich flavor of cheese, harmoniously complemented by aromatic herbs. This recipe comes from European cuisine, where the combination of simple yet rich ingredients is traditionally valued. Kefir gives the rolls lightness, while the mix of different cheeses deepens and enriches the flavor. The herbs add freshness and spiciness, making these rolls an ideal option for both breakfast and a cozy dinner. They can be served with a light salad, soup, or simply enjoyed alone with a cup of hot tea. Their softness and airiness make them a desirable treat for the whole family.

1
We beat the butter with salt.
- Butter: 100 g
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
2
We break one egg, add kefir, cheese (it's tastier to use a mix of different cheeses), flour, baking powder, and finely chopped greens (I have a mix of cilantro, parsley, dill, and basil).
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Kefir 1%: 250 ml
- Cheese: 250 g
- Wheat flour: 350 g
- Baking powder: 6 g
- Green: 1 bunch
3
Mix everything carefully, fill the molds to 2/3, and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

We check, as usual, with a stick: it must be absolutely clean.
