Fried Rings

Fried rings are a traditional pastry of Russian cuisine that traces back to the home recipes of our grandmothers. Simple dough made with milk, eggs, butter, and flour transforms into tender and airy rings fried to a golden crust. Their taste is slightly sweet with a thin crispy shell, and powdered sugar adds a pleasant softness. These rings are perfect for cozy family tea times and pair wonderfully with hot tea or coffee, creating an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. The simplicity of preparation makes them an excellent choice for Sunday breakfast or evening dessert, filling the home with the aromas of fresh baking.
