Cheese muffins are a delicate and aromatic pastry that comes from European culinary tradition. Their texture is airy, and the taste combines creamy softness and the spiciness of cheese with a hint of garlic and freshness of parsley. These muffins can be an ideal option for breakfast, a cozy family tea time, or a picnic. They can be served warm when the melted cheese gives them a special stretchiness or chilled to reveal a richer flavor. The simplicity of preparation makes them accessible even for beginners, while the versatility of the recipe allows for experimentation with various types of cheese and add-ins to create new variations. These muffins are not just baked goods but a true gastronomic comfort that fills the home with warmth and pleasure.

1
Turn on the oven — we need it hot.
2
Mix sugar, salt, and baking powder with flour, then gradually incorporate eggs, milk, and melted butter into this mixture. It's okay to mix lightly, even if there are lumps — it's not a problem.
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour: 400 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Milk: 1 glass
- Butter: 50 g
3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater or cut it into cubes, and not all of it, leaving about 50 grams for later, mix with the rest. Add garlic and parsley, and mix everything again.
- Cheese: 250 g
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Parsley: to taste
4
Fill the baking molds with batter no more than 2/3 full. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
5
After that, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and return to the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
