Cherry sorbet with mint

30 minutes
Cherry mint sorbet is a refreshing dessert that combines the sweetness of ripe cherries with a cool hint of fresh mint. This light and airy dessert hails from European cuisine and resembles classic fruit sorbets popular in France and Italy. Lemon juice adds a slight tartness, balancing the sweetness of the cherries, while mint brings freshness and sophistication. The sorbet is perfect for summer heat and can be served as a standalone dessert or as an accompaniment to fruit salads and sparkling drinks. Thanks to careful grinding and double freezing, the texture is soft and silky, while the flavor is rich and harmonious.
