Quick Chocolate Pie

Quick chocolate pie is a delightful treat perfect for spontaneous tea parties or unexpected guests. This recipe is rooted in European home cooking traditions that value simplicity and rich flavor. The pie features a tender, moist texture enriched with cocoa aroma and the sweetness of condensed milk. Using mayonnaise instead of oil makes the baking especially soft, while added nuts and raisins provide interesting flavor nuances. This pie can be prepared in just half an hour, and its versatility allows for experimenting with fillings: candied fruits, citrus zest, or chocolate chips create new flavor shades. It’s best served slightly cooled with a cup of aromatic coffee or tea to fully enjoy its rich chocolate taste.
