Mini Cupcake Donuts

Mini cupcake-donuts are a delightful treat that combines the tenderness of cupcakes with the crispy crust of donuts. Their roots trace back to European cuisine, where harmony of flavor and texture is sought. The dough, rich in butter and milk, becomes airy thanks to baking powder, while nutmeg adds subtle spicy notes. Baked to a golden color, cupcake-donuts are dipped in melted butter and then generously rolled in cinnamon sugar, creating a sweet, aromatic coating. This treat is perfect for cozy tea times, festive gatherings, or simply joyful moments of indulgence. Their miniature size makes them convenient for serving and eating, while their rich flavor keeps you coming back for another piece.
