Olive oil and pine nut pie is a true embodiment of Italian culinary tradition. Its delicate texture, infused with the aroma of high-quality extra virgin olive oil, harmoniously combines with crunchy pine nuts to create a rich and intense flavor. Vanilla sugar adds a subtle sweetness, while whipped eggs and milk ensure the dough's lightness.
