Kefir gives it a slight tanginess, while walnuts add a pleasant crunch and depth of aroma. Perfect for breakfast with honey or cheese, as well as a side for soups and salads. Thanks to whole grain flour and bran, it is not only tasty but also healthy, providing satiety and energy. Its airy texture and nutty flavor make each bite special, creating a sense of home comfort and traditional European baking.
