The royal cottage cheese pie is a true gem of European cuisine. This exquisite dessert combines the tenderness of the cottage cheese filling with a crispy shortcrust base, creating a delightful texture and harmonious flavor. Historically, such pies originated in aristocratic circles where the combination of simple yet quality ingredients was valued. The cottage cheese gives the pie softness and richness, while the crumbly crust envelops it in creamy tenderness. It is served both for family tea gatherings and at festive events, as this pie invariably delights guests. It is relatively simple to prepare, but the result is truly regal. Enjoy every bite as you immerse yourself in an atmosphere of home comfort and gastronomic pleasure!

1
We take two large bowls.
2
First, we mix the eggs, 0.5 cup of sugar, and cottage cheese (I usually take slightly grainy cottage cheese in 200-gram packages) using a mixer — it results in a liquid mass.
- Chicken egg: 5 piece
- Sugar: 1.5 glass
- Cottage cheese: 400 g
3
In the second bowl - 1 packet of baking powder, soft butter (at room temperature), 1 cup of sugar, gradually add flour, and mix everything by hand, resulting in a sandy dough. The main thing is that it should be loose and not stick to your hands.
- Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
- Butter: 200 g
- Sugar: 1.5 glass
- Wheat flour: 400 g

Next, take a pie baking form, grease it with vegetable oil, and place part of our 'tiny' dough at the bottom, pressing the edges slightly with our fingers.
- Vegetable oil: 1 teaspoon
5
Carefully and slowly pour the whipped mixture of cottage cheese, eggs, and sugar into the baking dish, and sprinkle the remaining dough on top.
- Cottage cheese: 400 g
- Chicken egg: 5 piece
- Sugar: 1.5 glass
- Wheat flour: 400 g

Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees and enjoy the result! :)
