Banana-oat muffins are a delicate blend of softness and nutty aroma wrapped in a cozy mini-baking format. Their history traces back to European traditions of using oats and fruits to create nutritious and easy-to-make treats. Bananas provide natural sweetness and moisture to the muffins, harmonizing with the oats to create a pleasant texture. Walnuts add a light crunch and depth of flavor. These muffins are perfect for both morning breakfast and cozy tea time. They can be served warm with a drizzle of honey or Greek yogurt, enjoying each bite that offers comfort and richness of taste.
