Mix the yeast with the flour in dry form.
- Dry yeast: 12 g
- Wheat flour: 1000 g

Add all dry ingredients, eggs, warm water (about 34 degrees), and vegetable oil.
- Sugar: 150 g
- Salt: 20 g
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Water: 400 ml
- Vegetable oil: 70 ml
