In a saucepan, mix water and sugar, place over medium heat, and cook until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil and cook for another 4 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Water: 1 ml

Squeeze grapefruit juice, mix with grenadine syrup and vodka. Stir in sugar syrup and grated grapefruit zest. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

- Grenadine: 1 teaspoon

- Sugar: 1 glass

Take the sorbet out of the fridge, pour it into the ice cream freezer, and churn for 20-40 minutes. Then transfer it to a container and place it in the freezer for 4-5 hours until fully set.

If you don't have an ice cream maker, immediately pour the sorbet into a container and place it in the freezer. Take out the container and stir the contents every 10-15 minutes until fully frozen.
