In a bowl, beat the ricotta and softened butter, leaving 1 tablespoon. Then mix in the flour and salt. Chill the dough for 1 hour.
- Ricotta cheese: 100 g
- Butter: 150 g
- Wheat flour: 1 glass
- Salt: 0.3 teaspoon

Then shape small balls from the dough (2.5–3 cm in diameter) and distribute each one with your fingers into the small muffin molds.

For the filling, beat the egg in a bowl. Add brown sugar, the remaining butter, and vanilla. Mix well, adding nuts.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Brown dark sugar: 0.8 glass
- Butter: 150 g
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Chopped pecans: 70 g
