Baklava is a sweet treat with a rich history rooted in Turkish cuisine. Its thin layers of phyllo dough soaked in fragrant honey and butter create a crispy texture, while the nut filling offers a rich flavor with spicy notes of cinnamon and clove. This dessert symbolizes a festive atmosphere and is served with tea or coffee, enjoying the tenderness of the dough and the sweetness of the filling. A simple version of baklava is easy to prepare: small portioned bags of dough are perfect for treating guests. Baked to a golden hue, baklava becomes irresistibly appetizing, and after cooling, its flavor deepens even more. This dessert is a harmony of textures and aromas celebrating Eastern traditions.

1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2
Place almonds, walnuts, apricots, breadcrumbs, sugar, cinnamon, ground cloves, and salt in a food processor. Blend well and transfer the mixture to a small bowl. Add 30 grams of melted butter and honey. Mix thoroughly.
- Almond: 40 g
- Walnuts: 40 g
- Dried apricots: 25 g
- Breadcrumbs: 25 g
- Sugar: 25 g
- Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: pinch
- Ground cloves: pinch
- Honey: 3 tablespoons
- Butter: 110 g
3
Lay 1 sheet of phyllo on a dry surface. Using a brush, lightly coat the dough with melted butter. Place a second sheet of phyllo on top and also brush it with butter. Continue until you have brushed 6 sheets of phyllo. Cut the resulting rectangle into equal squares.
- Butter: 110 g

Carefully place the dough in the muffin molds. Put 1 tablespoon of nut mixture in each mold so that the ends of the dough can be gathered to form a pouch.

5
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until the dough turns a beautiful golden-brown color.
6
Remove from the oven and let cool. Then place the baklava on a serving dish.
