Berry sorbet is an exquisite dessert from sunny Italy, traditionally made from fresh and frozen fruits. This refreshing and light sorbet combines the delicate sweetness of strawberries, the rich flavor of cherries, and subtle honey notes of apricots. The texture is velvety due to careful blending, while the addition of lemon juice adds a slight tartness that enhances the natural berry aromas. This dessert is perfect for summer evenings or as a refined ending to a festive dinner. It can be served as a standalone treat or accompanied by fresh fruits and mint leaves.
