Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease a 23 cm round springform pan with butter.
- Butter: 8 tablespoons

In a food processor, mix almonds and sugar and grind well. Add room temperature butter, eggs, cocoa, and vanilla. Mix well again. Pour the mixture into a mold and spread it on the bottom and sides.
- Blanched almonds: 1 glass
- Sugar: 0.8 glass
- Butter: 8 tablespoons
- Chicken egg (large): 3 pieces
- Cocoa powder: 0.3 glass

Peel and core the pears, then slice them thinly. Drizzle with lemon juice and mix to prevent browning. Arrange the pears in a circle on the chocolate mixture without pressing.
