For the dough starter, heat the milk to about 37 degrees (body temperature), dissolve the yeast, sugar, and salt in it. Sift 2/3 cup of flour, mix well, sprinkle a little flour on top, and place it in a warm place to rise for about 15-25 minutes. The starter should rise 2-3 times — consider the container size.
- Milk: 1.5 glass

While the dough rises, melt the margarine in warm milk in a large bowl or pot (do not boil). Let it cool.

When the dough starter is ready, sift the flour (3 cups) into the margarine with milk so that it covers the surface. Carefully place the starter on top and mix, beating with a spoon. The dough will be soft and sticky. Sprinkle it with the remaining flour (1/3 cup), cover with a lid, and place in a warm place for about 40 minutes.

For the filling, lightly beat 2 eggs with a fork, add 2 packs of cottage cheese, and mix well.

Grease the baking tray with vegetable oil, place the dough on it, and spread it out with oiled hands. Add the filling and distribute it. Fold the edges of the dough to cover the filling slightly.
