Baked Garlic Bread

Bread with roasted garlic is a fragrant and crispy wonder of European cuisine that captivates with its rich flavor. The dish's history traces back to the traditions of medieval Europe, where garlic was considered a symbol of health and strength. Roasted garlic loses its sharpness, gaining softness, sweetness, and a deep, almost caramel aroma that perfectly complements the crunchy crust of fresh baguette. The delicate garlic flavor infused with olive oil makes this bread an excellent addition to soups, pasta, and meat dishes. It is not only self-sufficient but can also serve as a base for appetizing sandwiches or exquisite appetizers. Its simplicity in preparation and refined taste make it a favorite choice for cozy home evenings and festive gatherings.
