Corn gluten-free cookies are a delicate, aromatic treat rooted in Mexican cuisine. These cookies are not only tasty but also healthy as they contain no gluten, and corn flour gives them lightness and a crumbly texture. Nuts add a slight crunch, while raisins provide natural sweetness. The warm aroma of cinnamon makes the cookie's flavor even cozier. They pair perfectly with morning coffee or evening tea and make an excellent snack for health-conscious individuals. Due to their simple preparation and accessible ingredients, corn cookies will become a favorite treat in any home.
