Juice 6 oranges by cutting them in half.

Clean the four halves from the pulp and set them aside - they will be used as dessert cups.

Peel the remaining two oranges and slice them for decoration.

Dissolve the powder in 50 ml of boiling water. Add sugar syrup and orange blossom water to the orange juice. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and chill, then after 3 hours blend until smooth and stretchy. Then refrigerate for another hour.
- Powdered sugar: 50 g
- Orange blossom water: 1 tablespoon

Before serving, place the sherbet in bowls made of orange peel.
