'Tsarskoye' jam is a true delicacy of Russian cuisine, worthy of royal feasts. Its history dates back centuries when sweet treats symbolized wealth and sophistication. In this recipe, cherries infused with walnut aroma slowly simmer in sugar syrup, acquiring a rich caramel hue. The lemon tartness and subtle vanilla aroma complete the flavor composition, turning the jam into a true gastronomic luxury. It can be served as an independent treat with tea, used in baking, or as a refined addition to cheese snacks. Each spoonful of this jam is a journey to an era when sweets were an art and the cooking process was a true ritual.
