Brownies with cottage cheese and cherries are a delightful dessert that combines a rich chocolate base, a delicate cottage cheese cream, and the refreshing tartness of cherries. Its history begins in American cuisine, where the classic brownie won the hearts of sweet lovers with its moist, dense texture. In this version, the tradition is enriched with a cottage cheese note that gives the dessert special softness and velvetiness. The cherry adds balance to the sweetness, creating a harmony of flavors. Perfect as a cozy homemade treat or an impressive offering for guests. Brownies with cottage cheese and cherries can be served warm to enjoy the melting texture of chocolate or chilled to reveal the full depth of flavors. It pairs wonderfully with a cup of aromatic coffee or tea, making any moment feel a little more special.

Break the chocolate into pieces. Melt it together with butter in a water bath.

Beat 2 eggs and 50 grams of sugar with a mixer, add a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces

In a form (I have a detachable one) with high sides, greased with butter, pour 1/3 of the batter. Spread it in the form. Place half of the cottage cheese mixture. The recipe said it would spread, but it didn't happen for me - I leveled it with a spatula. On top of the mixture, place the cherries - half of the total amount.
- Butter: 120 g
- Soft cottage cheese: 300 g
- Frozen cherries: 400 g

Repeat the layers: dough, filling, cherry, dough. Try to spread the dough evenly; it may not always work - that's okay. You can make swirls on the top layer with a knife. Bake for 40-50 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Check readiness with a skewer - it should come out dry. Cool in the form.
- Soft cottage cheese: 300 g
- Frozen cherries: 400 g
