Frozen Lychees

Frozen lychee is an elegant and refreshing treat that combines the exoticism of Southeast Asia with the simplicity of European cuisine. This dessert surprises with the combination of tender, sweet lychee flesh and the cool freshness of freezing. Lychees, rich in floral aromas and fruity notes, acquire a unique texture when chilled – slightly crunchy on the outside and delicately melting on the inside. In some Asian countries, they are complemented with salt and chili pepper, creating a bright contrast between sweetness and spiciness. It’s an ideal snack for a summer evening, an addition to cocktails, or simply a refined way to enjoy an exotic fruit. The simplicity of preparation makes it accessible for any occasion – whether it's a festive dinner or a light snack.
