Peel the pumpkin and grate it on a coarse grater.

Chop the nuts finely.

Lay a sheet of phyllo on the table and brush it with melted butter. Place another sheet of dough on top and brush it with butter as well.

Sprinkle some grated pumpkin on the dough, then add a bit of nuts, cinnamon, and sugar on top.

Roll the dough into a sausage, folding the sides to prevent the filling from spilling out.

Grease the round baking pan with vegetable oil.

Place the resulting sausage in a spiral in the center of the mold

Repeat the procedure several times. Place each new sausage as a continuation of the previous one. In the end, there should be one large spiral resembling a snail.

Brush the pie with slightly beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
