Prepare the dough. Sift the flour, add cottage cheese, slightly softened butter, and salt. Knead the dough with your fingers, trying not to press it with your palms. Roll into a ball and leave in the cold for half an hour.
- Wheat flour: 250 g
- Fat cottage cheese: 250 g
- Butter: 150 g
- Salt: 1 teaspoon

Prepare the filling. Wash the cod fillet, dry it, and cut it into small pieces. Fry in a pan with vegetable oil. Then add tomato paste, finely chopped garlic, salt, and fragrant pepper, and fry until the filling becomes thick and aromatic.
- Cod: 500 g
- Vegetable oil: 70 ml
- Tomato paste: 3 tablespoons
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Ground allspice: pinch

Roll the dough to a thickness of 3 millimeters. Cut into squares, brush the edges with lightly beaten egg. Place filling in the center of each square, seal the pies by folding the edges like an envelope. Brush with egg and sprinkle with cumin. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
