Breadsticks with poppy seeds are a delightful Italian treat that combines simplicity in preparation with elegant flavor. Thin, crispy, and aromatic, they perfectly complement both a cozy family dinner and an exquisite aperitif. Their roots trace back to Italian baking traditions where dough becomes a canvas for countless variations. The light nutty flavor of the poppy gives these sticks uniqueness, while the golden crust promises an appetizing crunch. They are most often served with sauces, cheeses, or simply as a standalone snack.
