Blackberry-strawberry cake with cottage cheese cream is a true embodiment of tenderness and freshness. This dessert, inspired by the European tradition of exquisite sweets, combines the lightness of airy layers with the juiciness of summer berries. Strawberry adds a sweet fruity note to the cake, while blackberry provides a subtle tartness, creating a balance of flavors. The soft cottage cheese cream fills each layer with tenderness, adding a velvety texture. This cake is perfect for summer tea parties, romantic evenings, or festive occasions. Its rich berry flavor and aroma of vanilla and chocolate syrups make every bite unforgettable. Decorated with natural berries and fruit sauce, it delights not only in taste but also captivates with its appearance, turning any meal into a true gastronomic pleasure.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease two round, low 20 cm diameter pans with butter (I use silicone pans, they are convenient to use and nothing sticks to them). Put sugar in a bowl and add softened butter, a mixer can be used for this. Whip until a light and airy mixture forms, then add the egg yolks.

Whip the egg whites into a foam, gently mix a third of the whites with the batter using a whisk. Then add the second third, and the remaining whites.
