Banana and pumpkin pudding is an elegant blend of delicate fruit and vegetable tones inspired by the sophistication of French cuisine. Historically, France has valued exquisite desserts with a harmonious balance of flavors, and this pudding is no exception. Frozen bananas give it a creamy texture, while pumpkin adds natural sweetness and a light nutty note. A splash of cinnamon and nutmeg fills the aroma with warmth, while dates add refined sweetness.
