Wash the strawberries well and dry them with a paper towel (it's very important that the berries are dry!).
- Strawberry: 150 g

In a bowl, beat the ricotta with powdered sugar using a mixer. Then add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time (you will need 2-4 tablespoons of milk, depending on the fat content of the ricotta) until you reach a consistency that allows for easy dipping of strawberries, but the cream doesn't run off.

Pour confectionery decorations (preferably small balls of different colors) onto the plate.

Hold the berries by the stems, dip them in cream, then roll in confectionery decorations.
