Carrot crumble is an amazing blend of British culinary tradition and warm Eastern flavor notes. The recipe is based on caramelized carrots with ginger, fragrant cinnamon, and a touch of honey sweetness. Crumble, as a symbol of coziness and home warmth, is usually made with fruits, but this version offers an unusual yet refined take on the classic. French baguette turned into delicate crispy crumbs adds textural variety, making the dish both soft and crunchy.
