Almond meringue cookies are a refined treat with roots in Arabic cuisine, where almonds are traditionally used in sweets. Its light texture and rich almond aroma make it truly unique. The cookie has a crispy exterior and a tender, almost melting interior. The light sweetness of sugar enhances the natural nutty depth of flavor, while powdered sugar adds an elegant airiness. Due to its elegance, it is perfect for tea time or as a morning treat. Almond meringue cookies not only delight the taste but also surprise with their appearance—light indentations on the surface make them special. This delicacy is an excellent choice for those who appreciate refined Eastern pastries.
