Feta cheese, turkey, and ginger pie is a refined combination of tender dough and savory filling. This dish blends the traditions of Russian cuisine with hints of culinary experimentation: salty feta harmonizes with juicy turkey, while ginger adds a light spicy kick. The finished pie has an appetizing golden crust, and its aroma tantalizes the taste buds, awakening the desire for another piece. This pie is perfect for a cozy family dinner or festive gathering. Serve it warm to reveal the full depth of flavor. Thanks to the Tabasco and ginger in the filling, it has a slightly spicy character that gives this pie a special charm and makes it memorable among other dishes.

1
For the filling, pass the cheese, turkey, and ginger root through a meat grinder.
- Turkey: 800 g
- Feta cheese: 400 g
- Adyghe cheese: 400 g
- Fresh ginger root: 90 g
2
Chop the onion.
- Green onions: 1 bunch
3
Mix the minced meat with the onion. You should have a homogeneous mass. Add Tabasco to taste according to your preferences.
- Green onions: 1 bunch
- TABASCO®: 1 teaspoon
4
For the test, mix a glass of water with flour — the dough should be smooth, elastic, and not stick to your hands.
- Water: 1 glass
- Wheat flour: 3.5 glasss
5
Separate a third of the dough. Roll out the remaining two thirds thinly.
6
Sprinkle the baking tray with flour — no need to grease it. Place the dough flatbread on it and evenly distribute the filling.
- Wheat flour: 3.5 glasss
7
Roll out the remaining third of the dough. Make several decorative cuts to prevent the pie from puffing up. Cover the pie with it. Pinch the edges.
8
Brush the pie with egg yolk.
- Egg yolk: 1 piece
9
Bake in the oven at 190 degrees. Keep the pie on the lower shelf for 10 minutes, then move it to the top and bake for another 20 minutes.
