Chocolate-banana charlotte is a true delight for sweet lovers. Its delicate dough, made from corn flour and whipped egg whites and yolks, melts in your mouth, while the rich taste of dark chocolate harmonizes with the natural sweetness of bananas. This dessert, inspired by the classic French charlotte, has gained a unique character thanks to its airy structure and deep, velvety chocolate flavor. Chocolate and bananas create a wonderful symphony of flavors, turning each bite into a special moment of pleasure. An ideal choice for a cozy family tea or festive dinner, this charlotte delights both children and adults. Served warm with a gentle vanilla sauce or a scoop of ice cream, enhancing its gastronomic perfection.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees, covered with foil. If not covered, the heavy cornmeal dough burns quickly on top.
