Cottage cheese casserole with passion fruit is a refined combination of tender cottage cheese and exotic sweet-sour passion fruit. Its origin can be linked to European casserole traditions, where cottage cheese is used as a base for airy desserts. The creamy texture of the cottage cheese harmoniously complements the refreshing fruity tartness, creating a rich and balanced flavor. The casserole turns out soft, aromatic, and with a light crispy crust. It is perfect for breakfast or morning tea time. Decorated with fresh passion fruit pulp and whipped cream, it becomes not only a wonderful dessert but also a true table decoration.
