Cottage cheese tart with apricots

Apricot tenderness, when met with something curd, is enhanced many times over. This recipe uses low-fat cottage cheese, but it can easily be replaced with any you like.

We separate the yolks from the whites.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces

Mix cottage cheese, semolina, starch, sugar, and egg yolks.
- Low-fat cottage cheese: 500 g
- Semolina: 3 tablespoons
- Starch: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces

Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until light foam forms.
- Salt: pinch

We carefully mix the cottage cheese and proteins — our dough is ready!
- Low-fat cottage cheese: 500 g
- Semolina: 3 tablespoons
- Starch: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces

We remove the pits from the apricots, resulting in 2 halves. We cut them so that a grid forms on the top of the apricot.
- Apricots: 300 g

Just grease the mold with oil, pour in the cottage cheese mixture, and place the prepared apricots on top.
- Butter: 5 g

Bake at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. After taking the tart out of the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar and ground cinnamon.
