Strudel with strawberries and raisins

Strudel with strawberries and raisins is a refined dessert that combines the sweetness of berries, the tenderness of dough, and the aroma of spices. Although strudel is traditionally associated with Austrian cuisine, its variations have found a place in Russian cooking as well. Juicy strawberries soaked in cinnamon and sugar harmoniously complement the soft dough, creating a perfect balance of flavors. Raisins add a light sweet tartness, while breadcrumbs help maintain the filling's texture. Baked to a golden crust and glazed with egg yolk, this strudel is served with whipped cream, turning any tea party into a true celebration. It is perfect for summer evenings and friendly gatherings, and its delicate fruity flavor will especially delight lovers of light desserts.
