Soak the raisins in water.

Cream the softened butter with sugar.

Mix the sifted flour with the yeast, add the butter-sugar mixture, lemon zest, eggs, milk, and raisins. Knead the dough thoroughly and shape it into a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Wheat flour: 1 kg
- Fresh yeast: 60 g
- Butter: 150 g
- Sugar: 200 g
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Chicken egg: 6 pieces
- Milk: 375 ml
- Raisin: 150 g
- Salt: to taste

Grease the bread baking pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Knead and flatten the dough in the pan and let it rest for 10 minutes.
