Cut the strawberries into 4 pieces and place them in a pot. Add sugar and let it sit for about 1 hour, stirring until the sugar slightly dissolves.
- Strawberry: 450 g
- Sugar: 1.5 glass

Squeeze lemon juice into the berries and add the peel, bringing to a boil while stirring until the sugar completely dissolves. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the strawberries soften. Add the remaining berries and cook for another 20-25 minutes until the jam thickens slightly, skimming off the foam.

Extract the lemon and distribute it into sterilized jars. Close tightly and let cool. Store in the refrigerator.
