Pear dessert with blueberries and ice cream

Pear dessert with blueberries and ice cream is a refined treat where the sweetness of ripe pears harmonizes with the fresh tartness of blueberries and the creaminess of ice cream. This dish is inspired by Chinese culinary traditions, where fruits are often used to create delicate desserts. Light pear puree enriched with liqueur and vanilla sugar combines with whipped cream and ice cream to create an airy texture. Creamy cookies add crunch, while pistachios finish the composition with a pleasant nutty note. The dessert is chilled in layers, allowing the flavors to unfold. It is perfect for summer treats, complementing tea time or festive tables.
