Peel the pears and blend the pulp with lemon juice and sugar. Add pear liqueur.
- Pears: 500 g
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Sugar: 80 g
- Liquor: 40 ml

Slightly thaw the vanilla ice cream at room temperature. Mix with pear puree.
- Vanilla ice cream: 1 kg

Whip the cream and gently fold it into the mixture.

Rinse the blueberries with cold water and dry them. Set aside a few berries for decoration.
