Smoked sausage and chestnut pie is a refined blend of French cuisine and rustic comfort. This recipe draws inspiration from traditional French pies, where a crispy crust envelops a tender filling. Chestnuts add a light sweetness and velvety texture to the pie, while smoked sausage contributes a rich aroma and spicy note. Cheese, garlic, and onion enhance the flavor dimensions, creating harmony between sweet and salty. This pie is perfect for both a cozy family dinner and a festive table. The taste is rich with subtle woody notes of chestnuts and delicate smoky aroma. It can be served warm with a glass of red wine or a cup of aromatic coffee — a true gastronomic delight!
