In another bowl, beat the softened butter with the remaining sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, orange juice, remaining zest, baking soda, and 1/2 of the flour. Mix well and gradually add the remaining flour while continuing to knead. Then add grated chocolate and knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and shape into 2 logs about 1.8 cm thick and 30 cm long.
