Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Grease the baking tray with oil.
- Butter: 2 tablespoons

Chop the green onion coarsely.
- Green onions: 3 bunchs

Combine flour with baking powder, soda, and pepper. Add butter and knead the dough. Add onion and grated cheese. Mix well. Add buttermilk and whisk until the dough becomes sticky.
- Wheat flour: 1.6 glass
- Baking powder: 0.5 teaspoon

- Ground black pepper: to taste

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and shape into flatbreads with a diameter of 12 – 13 cm.
