Mix flour, butter in pieces, 125 grams of powdered sugar, yolk, milk, wine, rum, cinnamon, and cloves, and plum jam. Knead a homogeneous dough, wrap it in film, and chill for 60 minutes.
- Wheat flour: 300 g
- Butter: 150 g
- Milk: 1 tablespoon
- Egg yolk: 1 piece
- Powdered sugar: 325 g
- Cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon
- Carnation: to taste
- Plum jam: 50 g
- White rum: 4 tablespoons
- White wine: 2 tablespoons

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4 mm and cut out cookies in the desired shape.

Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 10 minutes at 180°C. Let the cookies cool.
